Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Area: We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Return Policy
Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including opened collectibles, digital products, and gift cards. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please reach out to us directly.
